1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Byebyeditor ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the Service for personal or commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper licensing
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Content

You retain all rights to the product photos you upload to Byebyeditor. By uploading content, you grant Byebyeditor a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your uploaded images solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to upload and use any product images. You agree not to upload:

• Images that infringe on intellectual property rights
• Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Images containing personal information of others without consent

4. Generated Content

The AI-generated product photos created by Byebyeditor are provided to you for your use. You own the rights to the generated images and may use them for commercial purposes, including but not limited to:

• E-commerce product listings
• Marketing materials and advertisements
• Social media content
• Print and digital publications

However, you may not resell or redistribute the generated images as stock photography or templates.

5. Service Quality

While we strive to provide high-quality AI-generated product photos, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Some features of the Service require payment. By purchasing credits or subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Byebyeditor, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
